Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your return documentation.
Pack with Care
Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place it back in its original packaging to ensure the premium solid wood remains protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove carriers to schedule a convenient time to collect the return from your residence.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
