What materials are used in MasayaCo furniture?
We exclusively use sustainably harvested hardwoods, such as Teak, Mahogany, and Rosita, sourced from our own reforestation projects in Nicaragua.
How long does shipping typically take?
For items currently in stock, shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 10-14 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and our production schedule.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer standard shipping within the continental United States and Canada. For inquiries regarding other international destinations, please contact our concierge team for a custom quote.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on standard items in their original condition. Please note that custom orders are final sale and a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
How do I care for my wood furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your piece, dust regularly with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. For outdoor teak products, you can allow them to silver naturally or apply a teak sealer annually to maintain the golden hue.
Is assembly required for your furniture?
Most of our signature chairs and tables ship fully assembled. Larger items like beds or dining tables may require minimal assembly, and we provide all necessary hardware and instructions.
